Fitness Assistants are responsible for assisting and monitoring the fitness center and the participants. The most common roles and responsibilities that are commonly demonstrated by these fitness assistants include – guiding in the proper use of all fitness equipment, correctly identifying the muscle groups based on machine targets, cleaning the machines, cardio equipment, and supervising the participants and responding to their needs and demands.
