A Heavy Haul Driver is a cargo or freight driver, who transports raw materials or industrial parts and components, transporting loads weighing more than three tons. A typical workday activity varies based on the route, but certain duties are common and are seen listed on the Heavy Haul Driver Resume as – transporting heavy loads within the assigned route, or territory; maintaining excellent records of materials picked up and delivered, planning routes and schedules, conducting vehicle inspections and maintenance, and coordinating activities with dispatchers.
