A professional Line Chef will prepare food as per the specifications of the Chef. The normal duties listed on the Line Chef Resume include the following – assisting the executives and Sous Chef with their daily tasks, setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies; cooking menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff; cleaning up the station and taking care of leftover food.
