It is the job duty of the Records Supervisor to supervise and train the personnel working at the Records department of the organization. To establish this core task, these supervisors undertake a variety of tasks mentioned on the Records Supervisor Resume – overseeing the storage, backup, reproduction, maintenance and disposal of all records; evaluating and recommending storage requirements of the organization, training and guiding end-users, establishing new records management systems, overseeing switching of records from paper to electronic record-keeping, ensuring data protection, and maintaining the department-s day-to-day record completion, storage and retrieval tasks.
