A Recovery Agent is hired to identify and locate defaulters and hidden properties, trace people, and confiscate properties. The following are certain core tasks associated to the post and listed on the Recovery Agent Resume – tracking down people and concealed property; developing recovery strategies; using the network for tracking concealed properties; calculating and charging interest to defaulters; assessing the situation and making negotiation, collecting payments and refunds; checking and updating databases; assisting the loan department in decision making; and maintaining a database of all recovery operations.
