A Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for rendering administrative and logistical support to the organization with its recruiting efforts. The job description entails assisting with the screening, and interviewing process, and providing other support as needed. Job duties commonly found on the Talent Acquisition Associate Resume are – supporting the hiring efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, and background checks and offering letter process; assisting talent acquisition staff with job fairs and college recruiting events, and formatting CVs and preparing staffing documentation for international recruiting efforts.
